This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling are handled for our customers.

By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Service Booking Confirmation

Once a service request is placed through our website, phone, or WhatsApp:

  • You will receive a booking confirmation via call, SMS, or email.
  • The service will be scheduled based on the availability of our towing team and your location.
  • Our representative may contact you to verify pickup details and confirm pricing.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Customer-Initiated Cancellations
  • If you cancel the booking before the towing vehicle is dispatched, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If the towing vehicle has already been dispatched or is en route, a nominal service charge (covering fuel and driver cost) will apply.
  • Once the vehicle reaches your location, full service charges become applicable, even if you decide not to proceed.

b) Company-Initiated Cancellations

Power Towing Service reserves the right to cancel any booking under the following conditions:

  • Severe weather or unsafe road conditions
  • Unavailability of a tow vehicle or technical issues
  • False or incomplete customer information

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund (if payment was made in advance).

3. Refund Policy

a) Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

  • Booking cancelled before dispatch and payment already made.
  • Duplicate payment due to technical or system error.
  • Service not provided due to company-side issues.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The customer cancels after the vehicle is dispatched.
  • The driver has already reached the pickup location.
  • The customer provides an incorrect address, phone number, or vehicle details.
b) Refund Process
  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, or bank transfer).
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once the refund is processed.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your towing or roadside assistance service:

  • Please contact us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once and is subject to driver and vehicle availability.
  • No extra charges apply if rescheduled before dispatch.

5. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable after the tow vehicle arrives at the pickup point:

  • The service will be marked as a “no-show.”
  • Full service charges will apply, and no refund will be issued.

6. Mode of Payment

We accept payments via:

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe
  • Debit or Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (for select services)

Prepaid bookings help us allocate resources faster, ensuring quicker response and reliability.
